Mary has consistently been involved with new development projects in the Portland Metropolitan area, such as Heiton Meadows, Oak Hills (last phase), Corbett Condominium Project, Vineyard Hills, Garden Home (4-lot subdivision) and Bonny Glen. Through this experience she has acquired the knowledge necessary in facilitating successful real estate transactions. There are many unique points to consider when purchasing a new construction home that are not inherent in common resale transactions.  Mary can assist you with every aspect of the sale and purchasing of new home construction.  This includes the acquisition of raw land, working with engineers and contractors to develop land, collaborating with builders on design themes for subdivisions, creating home designs catered to each individual lot, and developing marketing strategies for the sale of such homes/lots.
