Relocation Services

Toyoshima Realty offers rental relocation services in the Portland Metro area. We work with prospective tenants to locate potential housing, tour homes, and identify a property for rent. Our service includes negotiation of the lease and facilitation of the process from start to finish. We are happy to coordinate deposits, utilities, walk through and move-in paperwork. Our knowledge of the local communities, schools and services allows us to provide guidance on general relocation needs such as banking, education, DMV, etc. We continue to be a resource for our tenants throughout their stay in Portland.

Property Management

We offer boutique property management services for a select number of clients. This allows for a hands on approach and consistent communication between owner, manager and tenant. Our services include advertisement, showing and screening of applicants, enforcement of the terms of the rental agreement and performance of all management duties. We provide monthly statements and year end accounting as well as follow up inspections of the property.
